About

A good story can start anywhere: a courtroom, a classroom, a training camp in Iten or the floor of Parliament.

My reporting for Kenyans.co.ke has covered crime and the courts, schools, sport, science and technology, Kenya's history and its politics, at home and abroad.

I like stories that explain as well as report. If you finish one of my pieces knowing what happened, why it matters and who it affects, I've done my job.

If you have a story I should hear, write to me.
